Repairs

We can repair most damaged devices, the main question being whether it is cost effective. We try to assess this, and agree on any work to be done, before you send anything to us. If you have a device that you would like us to repair, please contact us for a quote.

Importing

We import a wide range of spare parts from China, where we have developed contacts with several suppliers:

• LCDs are the least reliable, and often the backlight or the touch screen is not working.
• Batteries are fairly reliable, but take a long time to ship, because they cannot travel by air.
• Cables and other parts are usually OK, though we occasionally get faulty ones.

We can also arrange drop shipments.

Disposal

If you have any ex-corporate PDAs or smartphones that you wish to dispose of, there is no need to destroy them. We can always give you a fair price, and above all, we can guarantee that every device is wiped clean of all data. Please contact us for a quote.
