Order List

The order list is a typical card/list form.

Order

Order Form (1)

The 1st page of the order form contains the date, the customer id, the customer reference and the priority.

Order Form (2)

The 2nd page of the order form contains a list of order lines. There are four ways to add a line to an order:

  1. Scan the barcode
  2. Tap the New button, and enter a product id.
  3. Tap the Pick button, and select a product from a checklist.
  4. Select Browse Catalog from the drop down menu.

The 3rd page of the order form contains the discount and tax rates, and the price list.

Output

Output Form

The Output form pops up when the Print button is pressed on the Order form. The options are:

  1. 0, 1 or 2 printed copies of the invoice. If you do not have a printer, this should be set to 0.
  2. To save a plain text copy of the invoice, on an SD card.
  3. To email a plain text copy to the address specified on the Settings form.
