The customers, orders and products lists have have a number of common features. This gallery contains images that illustrate them.

Tapping the New button on the main list pops up a form, which is used to enter a unique ID. If the ids have a numeric suffix, they can be allocated automatically.

Selecting the Delete option on the drop down menu pops up a confirmation form. Archived items remain in the desktop database, but are removed from the handheld.

A note can be attached to any item. Each note can be up to 4096 characters long.

Items can all be divided into categories, which are handled in the usual way, via drop down lists in the title bar.

Items can be assigned priorities. These work slightly differently from the way they do in other applications. Items are numbered from 0 to 5 (instead of 1 to 5). For items with priority 0 (the default value), the number is not displayed.

Lists can be sorted by item id, priority or name/description/customer.
